3. Upon receiving your registration form and if details are in order, we will approve your account within 3 working days
4. Minimum order: RM1,500 (products sold by carton only).
5. Orders above RM2,000 will be placed under pre-order as we confirm stock availability.
6. Free shipping is available within Klang Valley. (Deliveries outside Klang Valley, Sabah & Sarawak may incur additional charges.)

15. Goods sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable.
16. Refunds of order shall be done only in case of double payment for the same order number. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
